Charge data

In the Magistrates' Court, 126 charges of holder of a driver licence or learner permit fail to notify the Roads Corporation of a change to personal particulars within 14 days (revoked) were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (75.4% or 95 charges).

Case data

In 126 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of holder of a driver licence or learner permit fail to notify the Roads Corporation of a change to personal particulars within 14 days (revoked). Among the 126 cases, 93 people were male and 33 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (69% or 87 cases).
