Charge data

In the Magistrates' Court, 49 charges of use a vehicle displaying a representation of a number plate or registration label likely to be mistaken as real (revoked) were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (59.2% or 29 charges).
