In the Magistrates' Court, 981 charges of drive in a dangerous or negligent manner while pursued by police were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was imprisonment (63.4% or 622 charges).

In 902 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of drive in a dangerous or negligent manner while pursued by police. Among the 902 cases, 814 people were male and 88 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was imprisonment (40.2% or 363 cases).
