In the Magistrates' Court, 87 charges of fail to stop before a stop line at or near yellow traffic lights were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (51.7% or 45 charges).

In 86 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of fail to stop before a stop line at or near yellow traffic lights. Among the 86 cases, 73 people were male and 13 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (48.8% or 42 cases).
