In the Magistrates' Court, 1,231 charges of stop in a disability parking area without a permit or while failing to comply with permit conditions were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (95.4% or 1174 charges).

In 734 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of stop in a disability parking area without a permit or while failing to comply with permit conditions. Among the 734 cases, 490 people were male and 215 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (91.6% or 672 cases).
