In the Magistrates' Court, 1,318 charges of threaten to destroy or damage property were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was imprisonment (35.2% or 464 charges).

In 1,240 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of threaten to destroy or damage property. Among the 1,240 cases, 1,100 people were male and 140 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was an adjourned undertaking (22.4% or 278 cases).
